Lady Alcina Dimitrescu (pronounced Dimitreesk) is a major antagonist in the 2021 survival horror video game Resident Evil Village.

She is a member of the Four Houses that serve Mother Miranda, the ruler of a rural village in Eastern Europe. As the head of House Dimitrescu, Alcina rules over a great castle alongside her daughters Bela, Cassandra and Daniela Dimitrescu.

She was voiced by Kikuko Inoue in Japanese and by Maggie Robertson (who also voiced Orin in Baldur's Gate III) in English, who also provided the motion capture performance for the character.
